Terms and Conditions
Stock packaging webstore orders ship from our Elgin, IL distribution warehouse center and are shipped prepaid via best way and charges will be added to your invoice upon check out. We ship by the most economical method. We use UPS whenever possible. Large orders or orders that exceed UPS weight or size limits will ship via Common Carrier. Custom packaging orders can ship on customers designated common carrier collect, or UPS/Fedex accounts. Beepackaging.us orders cannot be changed or canceled after check out.
Bee Packaging must be notified in writing of order changes or cancellations before the order ships. Custom made or printed items, or quantities that we do not regularly stock are NCNR (non-cancellable, non-refundable).
Stock packaging items must be returned in salable quantities and condition within 10 days of purchase for credit, less a 35% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on returns and canceled returned items. BEE Packaging not responsible for returns lost during shipping, we recommend using a service with tracking capabilities. Custom packaging is not eligible for cancellation or return.

While we try to maintain prices on our products, occasionally, due to market conditions and other circumstances beyond our control, pricing may change without notice. Upon reordering we can verify costs and notify you of any industry increases.
BEE Packaging does not have a minimum dollar order on our stock packaging shipping supplies through our webstore. Items may have a minimum quantity they must be purchased in.
Specialty items may have a minimum case quantity purchase, and custom made packaging the minimum will depend on the commodity. Pricing is based on volume quantity ordered.
Within the U.S. we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Paypal.
Payment is due at the time of order.
