Moisture Absorbing Clay Desiccant
Desi Pak® unit bags meet or exceed the mil-spec packaging requirements of Mil-D-3464E in actual performance and will exceed the moisture vapor adsorption of silica gel at government specifications levels. Desi Pak® montmorillonite clay is a naturally occurring mineral as opposed to the chemically synthesized adsorbent. Therefore it is more economical than silica gel or molecular sieve. 
1 Unit of Clay is approximately 33 grams. 
If the container you need to protect is 950cc or less in volume we have smaller gram sizes available.

Sorb-it® silica gel is a type of desiccant made from amorphous silicate. It is a hard, translucent material with an extremely high capacity for moisture at temperatures below 75° F and above 40% relative humidty.

Silica gel is widely used in the Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical manufacturing industries, with applications in both packaging and shipping products. Silica gel also has applications in the Electronics and General Industrial manufacturing fields and in the Food and Perishable products industries.
